Must pastor a church for at least 2 years in USA within the last 5 years
Huble, caring and willing to lead by example
Strong in Preaching & Teaching
Able to lead coworkers and staff
Able to demonstrate the spiritual maturity of the whole family
Passion and heart for the local Chinese community
Healthy balance between missional and shepherding, goal-orientedness and people-orientedness, to possess skill in empowering the church to grow; he should show eargerness to grow and adjust in this area.
